Jackson County Conservation District is not responsible for orders not picked up on the scheduled distribution date.  Survival rates are not guaranteed.  LIABILITY CEASES UPON DISTRIBUTION.  Any remaining stock will be sold during pick-up.  There will be a $25.00 charge for any returned checks.
