Soil testing allows you to best care for your plants and avoid over-fertilization. Test results will include lab recommendations and consultation with JCCD Staff to answer questions you may have.

Soil sample materials and information are available at our District office: 211 West Ganson St., Suite 200, Jackson, MI. 

Cost:

• $25/sample for 1-4 samples

• $20/sample for 5 samples or more

Soil probe rental is also available by appointment.
